Apr 11, 2001 The Simpsons Wrestling was released for the Playstation back in 2001. The story basically goes that Kang and Kodos have challenge the citizens of Springfield to a wrestling match, but only one. Steve started wrestling in 1984 and achieved his first amount of stardom in the National Wrestling Alliance's Pacific Northwest territory. He was half of the S&S Express with Joe Savoldi and they captured the Tag Team Titles there. Steve Simpson also worked for the World Wrestling Council in Puerto Rico.
Shaun Simpson (born July 22, 1966) is a retired professional wrestler from South Africa.
Career[edit]
Shaun Simpson is the son of professional wrestler Alec Simpson, who wrestled as Sammy Cohen. Shaun made his debut in 1987 for World Class Championship Wrestling. He formed a tag team with his brother, Steve Simpson, subsequently winning the WCWA World Tag Team titles. Their biggest feud was against John Tatum and Jack Victory.[1]
In World Class, the Simpsons were allied (in storylines) with the Von Erich family, and were fan favorites in the territory.
He left WCCW with his brother in late 1989 to wrestle in South Africa but Steve Simpson returned in 1991 to wrestle in Global Wrestling Federation in Texas.[1]
Are they all this bad? Please stay away from this game for your play station's safety. The simpsons wrestling gamefaqs. The characters chosen for the game don't make much sense(not all of them have big roles in the show. I've only tried this game and The Simpsons: Hit & Run, but they're both awful(in spite of having seemingly tons of money tossed at them, given the quality of graphics, the fact that every single role is reprised, etc.), and I've yet to hear anything from a reliable source to suggest that any of the others are anything but cheap, poorly produced attempts at making more money off the popular series, adding nothing good to the franchise(like this and the other recent title I mentioned). What is it with these The Simpsons games?
